Shipping Policy

We ship to all USA mainland locations. We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of mailing holidays and major US holidays. Shipping method varies by brand and category

In stock pillow and shower curtains are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS ground advantage/priority or UPS depending on location. 

 Art/Frames/Sugarboo brand Pillows and Accessories ship by FEDEX Ground and Ship within 7-10 days for in stock items and 2-4 weeks average for made to order art and frame items. 

Wool Hooked Pillows and Rugs ship within 7 days via UPS 

Tracking is provided  to the email address you provided at the time of order

International Shipping
• We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia upon request, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote at hello@danieldrygoods.com please include the items and quantities you would like to order along with your complete shipping address for a shipping quote. We will issue a quote / invoice for you with the best rate for shipping to your destination. Please allow 24-48 hours for a quote. 

Returns & Cancellations:

We have a 30-day return policy for stocked 72x72, 72x84 and 72x96 shower curtains with the exception of the items listed below, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item. 

The following categories are not returnable as they are custom or made to order:  Draperies, Valances, Comforters, Sugarboo and Co or Rebecca Puig art, Sugarboo pillows and accessories, Wool Pillows and Rugs custom bedding, comforters, bedskirts with an 18, 21 or custom drop. Custom sized shower curtains, shams and pillows.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept any returns of eligible product after 30 days. Items must be wrapped in original packaging plastic new and unused (free from use, soil, etc. and not laundered or dry cleaned and folded in LIKE NEW condition. If an item is returned crumpled or damaged by shipping/packaging a 50% restocking fee will be assessed. 

Restocking Fee: if a custom order item is deemed returnable/cancellable after the order has been placed with a vendor, a restocking fee may apply to your cancellation or return. The current restocking fee on art and picture frame and tarp items is 25.00 per item. (we are currently charged a restocking fee by our makers) thank you for understanding this policy!
